Shipping from France
FEES
International shipping is via standard priority mail, therefore it does not come with tracking number nor insurance.
Please contact me before payment if you desire to include insurance and/or tracking.
In this case, shipping rates are determined by destination and weight and size, and charged by French postal services.
Buyers are responsible for any taxes or duties that might be charged by their home country.
DELIVERY
Les Folles Marquises is situated in Calais, France, Europe.
Buyer's Etsy address is used to ship by default, so please ensure it is correct. In case you prefer another delivery adress, please let me before paying.
Orders go out within 24-48 hours of payment.
If you are purchasing for a special occasion (birthday, etc.) from United States or Canada, please read what follows.
International packages usually take 7-10 business days up to 3.5 weeks to deliver.
Still, be aware that delays in customs (especially US) are becoming increasingly common.
Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately Les Folles Marquises cannot control or prevent this type of delay. I can't be held responsible for the postal delay.
LOST / DAMAGED PACKAGES
Unfortunately, packages do get lost (or stolen) therefore I recommend registered post with insurance, as I cannot hold any responsibility over lost items once they've been handed over to the post.
PACKAGING
Each item is very carefully packaged in a a crushproof mailer : an envelope with protection for little items or a resistant box for others items.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
All items in the shop are handmade by me.
There are two types of products in the shop : one of a kind pieces or small series.
Products created in small series may show some minor differences with the pictures, as no two items are identical. That’s the beauty of the product !
Please contact me if you require any additional information or photographs.
I package my items in such a way that it is nearly impossible for them to be damaged in shipping; if you do receive a damaged item please contact me immediately and I will send you the necessary information for a refund.
Original packaging (bubble wrap included for safety of jewelry) must also be returned before I proceed with a refund or exchange.
I take great pride in good customer service thus every convo is dutifully replied. If you're unhappy please let me know why.
I cannot resell custom orders, therefore a refund or exchange is not accepted.
